Crescent City is a coastal city in Del Norte County and sees light to moderate traffic, primarily from residents and tourists visiting the nearby redwood forests. Accidents are occasional in the U.S. Highway 101 and local streets, especially in rainy weather or tourist seasons.
Crescent City is a lovely city located in Northern California. Apparently, it got this name from the crescent shaped stretch of sandy beach located south of the city.
