Fatemeh Banihashemi

Attorney Fatemeh Banihashemi has been working in the legal industry since 1998 and has been practicing law since 2006. She joined Pacific Attorney Group (PAG) in 2015 as a contract attorney and became the Supervising Attorney of the Pre-Litigation Department in 2018. Additionally, she is PAG’s Employee Operations Manager. Her areas of practice have included personal injury, family law, and business law.

Ms. Banihashemi received her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School, where she was selected as an Advocate for Southwestern’s Interscholastic Trial Advocacy Honors program enabling her to develop outstanding trial skills.  She competed in and won top honors at the Stanford Law School Mock Trial competition in 2005.

Before attending Southwestern Law School, Ms. Banihashemi received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. At UCI, she made the Dean’s Honor List, was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, and was an Honoree at the Undergraduate Research Symposium. For five consecutive years, from 2008 to 2012, Ms. Banihashemi has been named a “Rising Star” by California Super Lawyers magazine and recognized as one of the top young lawyers in California. Ms. Banihashemi previously served on the board of the Iranian American Law Association.

Ms. Banihashemi enjoys spending time with her family and her two children. She moved to SoCal when she was 12 years old and hasn’t left since.  Originally from Tehran, Iran, and a proud Persian and Farsi speaker, she has settled in West Los Angeles.  If she has any spare time, you’ll find her at the Hollywood Bowl, a local karaoke bar, or an artisanal coffee shop.
