Authorities Identify Jonathan Cyr as Pedestrian Killed in Crash at Bell Road on 35th Avenue in Phoenix

Phoenix, Arizona (November 10, 2023) – Jonathan Rion St Cyr, 41, was killed in a Wednesday night pedestrian crash in Phoenix.

Authorities responded to the wreck at around 8:45 p.m. on November 8 at Bell Road east of 35th Avenue.

Cyr was struck by a truck in the area in unclear circumstances.

Despite life-saving measures, Cyr was later pronounced dead while on the way to the hospital.

The truck driver stayed at the scene and wasn’t impaired.

The crash remains under investigation.
