Gregory McDonald Dies in DUI Crash on South Riverside Avenue in Rialto

, Calif. – 57-year-old Gregory McDonald of was killed in a suspected DUI car crash in Rialto early Saturday morning.

The Rialto Police Department said the traffic collision was reported at around 2:30 .m. on March 23 on the 4000 block of South Riverside Avenue.

Reportedly, Marcus Fiorillo, 27, of Banning was driving a northbound Ford F-150 on Riverside Avenue when it crashed into the guardrail, veered into the oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a Toyota Echo driven by McDonald.

McDonald suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the crash site.

The police said Fiorillo was driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested at the scene and booked into the West Valley Detention Center in .

More details about the wreck was not provided.
