At Least 1 Injured in Big Rig Collision on Interstate 880 near Alvarado Boulevard Off-Ramp
Fremont, California (July 3, 2023) – An early Monday morning big rig accident on Interstate 880 in Fremont left one person with injuries.
The collision occurred at about 4 a.m. in the northbound lanes just north of the Alvarado Boulevard off-ramp.
CHP said a red Chevrolet Silverado and a big rig were involved in the accident.
At least one person was transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
CHP officers did not immediately establish the cause of the crash, but they are investigating.
