Man Struck, Killed by Vehicle at Rainbow Canyon Road and Old Highway 395 in Temecula
Temecula, California (November 9, 2023) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car in Temecula on Thursday morning.
At around 11:53 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a pedestrian accident in the area of Rainbow Canyon Road and Old Highway 395.
Officers arrived at the scene and found a man lying in a ditch after being struck by a vehicle. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
