Kern County, CA.- William Edward Vickers, 85, of Lake Isabella, has been identified as the man who died in a traffic collision last month in Kern County, according to the Kern County Coroner's Office.
The wreck took place onHighway 155 at French Gulch Creek At about 4:56 p.m. May 23.
According to the authorities, Vickers was driving a white 2021 Ford Explorer west on Highway 155 when he lost control at a curve and drifted off the roadway.
The vehicle then overturned down an embankment.
Vickers was pronounced deceased at the site of the accident.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
