Los Banos, CA. – A 23-year-old Tesla Driver suffered minor injuries in a violent single-car collision that happened Monday morning on a freeway in Los Banos.

The driver of a Tesla Model Y was traveling in the No. 1 lane when, for an unknown reason, he veered off the roadway, traveled through the dirt center divider, and crashed into the fixed metal guardrail.
The vehicle ended up impaled onto the guardrail with its airbags deployed.
The Westminster man driving the car only suffered minor injuries.
He was reportedly driving using the Tesla's cruise control and lane assistance features.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
