Rany Oeur Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash at Fresno Intersection; 2 Injured

, CA – The woman who was killed in a two-vehicle crash that left two other people injured in southeast Fresno on Saturday has been identified.

Coroner's Office identified the deceased woman as Rany Oeur, 72, of Fresno.

Authorities said Oeur was a passenger in a white Lexus sedan that collided with a black Chevy Camaro at about 10:30 a.m. on June 28 at Huntington Avenue and Chestnut Avenue.

The driver of the Lexus and Oeur became trapped in the vehicle after the crash and were extricated by Fresno Fire crews.

The driver of the Lexus – a 36-year-old man was hospitalized. Oeur was transported to the hospital in critical condition and later died.

The 26-year-old man operating the Camaro was also hospitalized and has been listed in stable condition.

Fresno, CA – A 72-year-old woman died, and two others were injured in a two-vehicle collision that happened Saturday morning at an intersection in southeast Fresno.

The accident was reported around 10:30 a.m. at Huntington Avenue and Chestnut Avenue.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and found a black Chevy Camaro and a white Lexus sedan involved in a crash. The Lexus crashed into a metal fence.

The driver and a passenger in the Lexus were trapped inside. Firefighters worked to extricate the victims.

An 80-year-old woman seated in the front passenger seat of the Lexus sustained critical injuries. She was taken to a local hospital, where she later died.

The 36-year-old man driving the Lexus was hospitalized with unknown injuries.

The 26-year-old man driving the Camaro was also hospitalized in stable condition.

Authorities are investigating to determine the party at fault.
