San Francisco, CA. – A pedestrian died after being hit by a driver who fled the scene early Wednesday morning near an intersection in San Francisco's Mission Terrace neighborhood.
The incident was reported around 12:22 a.m. near Mission Street and Santa Rosa Avenue.
San Francisco police officers, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the scene.
The responders found a male pedestrian with serious injuries.
Despite life-saving measures, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle involved fled the scene. There was no description of the suspect or car.
