The deadly wreck that killed a total of five people occurred at around 2 a.m. on June 7 on State Route 93 near White Hills, according to Arizona Department of Public Safety

Phoenix, AZ – Authorities have identified a young family that were killed in a head-on crash last week early Saturday morning as Jason Ortiz, Madeleine Ortiz, and Jennilee Ortiz.
The deadly wreck that killed a total of five people occurred at around 2 a.m. on June 7 on State Route 93 near White Hills, according to Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Reports revealed that a Jeep station wagon which was travelling wrong-way on the highway when it collided head-on with a Hyundai station wagon driven by Jason.
Jason along with his wife, Madeleine, and his young daughter, Jennilee were all killed in the crash.
Both male occupants in the Jeep were also Killed.
The police said the driver of the Jeep was driving under the influence of alcohol.
The incident remains under investigation.

Mohave County, AZ – Five people were killed after two vehicles collided on US-93 in Mohave County early Saturday morning.
According to Arizona DPS, the deadly wrong-way crash happened at about 2 a.m. on June 7 on US Highway 93 near White Hills, approximately 40 miles north of Kingman.
DPS said a Jeep station wagon and a Hyundai station wagon were involved in the crash.
As per the DPS, the Jeep was going northbound in the southbound lanes of the freeway and collided head-on with the Hyundai
Three people in the Hyundai – a man, a woman, and a child, were killed in the crash. Two men in the Jeep were also pronounced dead at the scene.
All five victims have not been identified.
The crash remains under investigation.
