Rio Rico, AZ.- Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision in Rio Rico on Monday, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The wreck happened on Interstate 19, at milepost 7 on June 30.
Authorities reported that a semi-truck and two cars were involved in the collision on the southbound side of the Interstate.
There were reports of minor injuries in the incident.
Both directions of the highway were shut down as crews worked to clear the scene.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
