According to the report, a Reedley woman was driving a Toyota Prius on American Avenue when she tried to make a left turn onto Buttonwillow Avenue and collided with a Honda Accord traveling on Buttonwillow Avenue
Reedley, CA.- Efrain Lara Jr., 28, of Farmersville, has been identified as the man who was killed in a car collision near Reedley in Fresno County on Thursday morning, according to the Fresno County Coroner's Office.
The incident took place at about 7 a.m. June 5, in the area of American and Buttonwillow avenues.
According to the report, a Reedley woman was driving a Toyota Prius on American Avenue when she tried to make a left turn onto Buttonwillow Avenue and collided with a Honda Accord traveling on Buttonwillow Avenue.
Lara was identified as the driver of the Honda.
He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The other driver was airlifted to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
An investiogation into the accident is ongoing.
