Poway, CA – A motorcyclist who was killed after colliding head-on with a truck in Poway late last month has been identified.
The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 22-year-old Corbin Edward Hamilton of Weatherford, Texas.
Hamilton was riding a motorcycle when he collided head-on with a truck at about 11:45 a.m. on May 31, 2025, at the intersection of State Route 67 and Ellie Lane.
Hamilton was pronounced dead at the scene.

Poway, CA – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car on Saturday morning in Poway.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, the accident happened around 11:45 a.m. at State Route 67 and Ellie Lane.
A motorcycle reportedly collided head-on with a Ford truck towing a boat.
Poway Fire and paramedics performed life-saving measures on the rider. Sadly, the motorcyclist died while receiving treatment.
