A Tempe police transport van was transporting inmates to downtown Phoenix when the van was hit by another vehicle
Phoenix, AZ.- Three inmates were injured when a vehicle collided with a transport van in Phoenix on Wednesday morning, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The incident took place near 7th Street and Buckeye Road shortly before 8 a.m.
A Tempe police transport van was transporting inmates to downtown Phoenix when the van was hit by another vehicle.
Three inmates were taken to a hospital as a precaution.
