The SUV driver and a passenger were transported to Lower Umpqua Hospital in Reedsport
Douglas County, OR. – Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a collision in the Reedsport area of Douglas County on Wednesday morning.
According to Oregon State Police, the accident happened around 9 a.m. on Highway 101 near Salmon Harbor Drive.
A pickup towing a small utility trailer was turning from Salmon Harbor when it was struck by a southbound SUV.
The operator of the SUV and a passenger were transported to Lower Umpqua Hospital in Reedsport for non-life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
