According to the DPS, two vehicles were involved in the crash that occurred in the eastbound lanes of I-10
Phoenix, AZ.- One person was killed in a crash that took place in Phoenix on Wednesday evening, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The wreck happened on I-10 near 79th Avenue shortly before 5 p.m. June 25.
According to the DPS, two vehicles were involved in the crash that occurred in the eastbound lanes of I-10.
At least one of the vehicles rolled over and one of the drivers was ejected by the impact of the crash.
One unidentified party was killed in the incident.
The eastbound lanes were shut down as authorities worked to clear the scene.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
