The Tucson Police Department responded to the grisly wreck at around 12 p.m. on West Anklam Road near St. Mary's Hospital.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident. However, the manner in which they collided was not immediately established.
One person died and three others suffered injuries following the wreck.
