Sacramento, CA. – A woman has died days after being struck by a car in Sacramento's Land Park area.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, the accident happened around 9:05 p.m. on September 12, on Sutterville Road near 21st Street.
A woman was reportedly struck by a car in unclear circumstances.
Officers performed CPR on the woman before she was taken to an area hospital where she succumbed to her injuries on Sunday night.
The driver stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
