Minor Injuries Suffered in Vacaville Car Collision on 80 Freeway near Mason Street On-Ramp
Vacaville, California (August 8, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a traffic collision that happened Saturday afternoon in Vacaville, resulting in minor injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said two vehicles collided at about 5:30 p.m. on westbound 80 Freeway, just west of Mason Street on-ramp.
As per the report, a blue Honda CRV collided with a Toyota truck under unclear circumstances.
Firefighters responded to the scene to help the motorists involved.
The report said minor injuries were sustained in the accident but did not mention the number of injured parties.
At least one of the cars was towed away from the collision scene.
The crash remains under active investigation.
