Police said Trost was riding a motorcycle in the area when he collided with a sport utility vehicle

Antioch, CA. – The coroner's office has identified the rider who died after cooling with a vehicle in Antioch on Saturday evening as 32-year-old Thomas Trost of Antioch.
Reportedly, Trost was riding his motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with a vehicle in the 900 block of West 10th Street at about 7:43 p.m. on July 27.
Trost was seriously injured and was transported to a hospital where he died.
According to authorities, a preliminary investigation indicated that speed may have been a factor in the deadly accident. The authorities, however, did not say which vehicle was speeding.

Antioch, CA. – A motorcycle rider was killed in a collision that happened near Antioch High School on Saturday evening, according to the Antioch Police Department.
The incident took place on West 10th Street at about 7:43 p.m. on July 27.
Police said a 32-year-old Brentwood man was riding a motorcycle in the area when he crashed with a sport utility vehicle.
The motorcyclist was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Police said speed is suspected to have played a role in the incident.
Police are investigating the incident.
