Patrick Jackson was found unconscious at the scene and was transported to the hospital with serious injuries
Temecula, CA – The coroner's office has identified 35-year-old Patrick Jackson Temecula resident as a driver killed after a head-on collision at an intersection in Temecula two weeks ago.
According to the CHP, the mishap happened at around 8:24 p.m. December 2 at Rainbow Valley Boulevard and Rainbow Canyon Road.
Jackson was involved in a head-on collision in Riverside County and sustained serious injuries.
He was transported to Palomar Medical Center Emergency Department via ambulance. Upon arrival, he was diagnosed with multiple injuries and admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. His condition declined and on 12/13/24 he was pronounced dead.
No further information about the collision was available.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Rainbow Canyon Road and Rainbow Valley Boulevard.
