Camarillo, CA. – The Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office identified the woman who died in a bicycle accident Friday afternoon at an intersection in Camarillo as Natosha Lyons.
The 38-year-old Camarillo resident was involved in the crash around 2:10 p.m. at Adolfo and Santa Rosa roads.
According to the Ventura County Sheriff's Office, just before the crash, Lyons was riding an electric bicycle eastbound on Santa Rosa about to make a left turn onto Adolfo.
The woman collided with a 43-year-old Oxnard man driving a cargo van westbound on Santa Rosa.
Lyons sustained critical injuries and was taken to Los Robles Regional Medical Center, where she died while receiving treatment.
The van driver stopped and remained at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
