Antelope Valley, CA. – 55-year-old Francisco Alatorre was the man who died in a multi-vehicle accident Saturday night on Pearblossom (138) Highway in Pearblossom, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office reported.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 11:20 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the highway at Longview Road.
A white big rig, a silver sedan, and two other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Alatorre died from injuries he sustained in the accident. His city of residence was not mentioned.
All eastbound lanes remained blocked from around 2 a.m. to 6:12 a.m. Sunday following the crash.

Los Angeles, CA. – At least one person was killed in a car crash that happened early Sunday morning near Pearblossom in Los Angeles.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 1:24 a.m. on Highway 138 near Longview Road.
A semi-truck, a sedan, and possibly two other vehicles were involved in the collision. The cause of the accident, however, was not immediately determined.
One person was killed in the accident.
The name of the decedent was not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
