3 Injured in Hanford Crash on Highway 198 and 12th Avenue

, Calif. – Three people were injured in a crash in Hanford on Friday night, according to police.

The wreck happened on and 12th Avenue at about 9:40 p.m. November 17.

Police said Mark Barboa, 68, failed to stop for a red light and slammed into an Audi.

The 19-year-old driver of the Audi and the 16-year-old passenger in the vehicle were hospitalized with moderate injuries.

Barboa was transported with a broken hip.

He was also arrested on suspicion of DUI.

The accident is under investigation.
