Josiah Boteilho ID’d as Teen Killed in Phoenix Car Accident near 32nd Street and Greenway Road

Phoenix, Arizona (October 28, 2023) – The teen killed in a Phoenix crash last Sunday has been identified as 13-year-old Josiah Boteilho.
The incident was reported at around 8 a.m. October 15 near 32nd Street and Greenway Road, according to the Phoenix Police.
Bartolome Godinez-Perez, 36, was driving a pickup truck going south on 31st Street and failed to stop at a stop sign on Greenway Road.
The driver was allegedly driving the wrong way when the crash happened.
Boteilho was rushed to a hospital where he died.
Godinez-Perez faces five counts of endangerment, one count of manslaughter, and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The crash remains under investigation.
