Motorcyclist Killed After Crashing into Disabled Car on 15 Fwy in San Diego

San Diego, CA. – 29-year-old Tayden John Fosness died after he crashed his motorcycle into a disabled car early Sunday morning in San Diego, the San Diego County Department of Medical Examiner reported.

The wreck occurred at an unspecified time on the northbound 15 Freeway near Miramar Way.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a Toyota sedan and a Toyota SUV collided on the freeway for an unknown reason.

After the 2-car crash, Fosness was riding a motorcycle in the area when he crashed into the Toyota sedan, which was disabled in traffic lanes.

The rider was ejected from the bike onto the roadway.

Responding fire personnel pronounced Fosness dead at 3:36 a.m. without medical intervention due to obvious fatal injuries. He was a resident of Escondido.

CHP officers are investigating the collision.
