The BCSO said Shylene Olsen, 26, of Corvallis, was driving a white 2020 Hyundai Ionic east on Highway 20 when she went across the centerline and collided with an oncoming blue 2010 Toyota Highlander driven by Anna Kelley, 31, of Waldport
Blodgett, OR.- Two people were killed in a traffic collision near Blodgett on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Benton County Sheriff's Office.
The wreck took place on Highway 20 near milepost 42 at about 3:40 p.m. August 20.
The BCSO said Shylene Olsen, 26, of Corvallis, was driving a white 2020 Hyundai Ionic east on Highway 20 when she went across the centerline and collided with an oncoming blue 2010 Toyota Highlander driven by Anna Kelley, 31, of Waldport.
Both motorists died in the accident.
Two juveniles riding in the Toyota were taken to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
The crash caused the closure of Highway 20 near milepost 42.
The BCSO is conducting an investigation into the crash.
