The CHP said a white Honda was traveling on SR 63 when it turned left at the intersection and collided head-on with a black SUV traveling on Road 124

Visalia, CA.- Several people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash near Visalia on Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on State Route 63 and Road 124 at around 1:30 p.m.
The CHP said a white Honda was traveling on SR 63 when it turned left at the intersection and collided head-on with a black SUV traveling on Road 124.
Several people were taken to a hospital and some of the patients had major injuries.
CHP said DUI was suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
