At Least One Person Suffers Critical Injuries in Richmond Car Accident on 80 Freeway and Cutting Boulevard
Richmond, California (July 2, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a Sunday evening crash that left at least one person with severe injuries in Richmond.
Authorities responded to the crash at around 6:23 p.m. in the area of eastbound at 80 Freeway, just west of Cutting Boulevard.
Two vehicles collided at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the vehicle collision.
A SigAlert was issued, closing lanes 3 and 4 following the incident.
More information regarding the wreck was not provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
