Bus Diver Hurt in Galt Crash with Truck on A Street and Oak Avenue

Galt, CA – A school bus driver was injured in a collision involving a pickup truck in Galt on Tuesday evening, according to the Galt Police Department.

The crash occurred on A Street and Oak Avenue.

A white pickup truck reportedly collided with a Galt Joint Unified School District bus and the impact sent the bus crashing into a pole.

There were 20 students on the bus and none of them were hurt.

The driver of the bus was taken to a hospital with complaints of pain.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
