At Least 6 People Seriously Injured in San Benito County Crash on Highway 25 near Flynn Road

San Benito County, California (August 22, 2021) – At least six people were seriously injured in a Saturday night multi-vehicle accident in San Benito County, authorities said.
The major injury accident occurred on Highway 25, just north of Flynn Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Mazda3 was headed northbound on the highway. The Mazda’s driver pulled to his shoulders to make a U-turn.
A silver Chevrolet Tahoe traveling northbound when the driver began making that U-turn and collided with the Mazda.
The crash impact reportedly caused the Tahoe to move into the southbound lane, where it collided head-on with a Honda Accord.
At least six people were seriously injured in the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
