An eastbound Ford pickup truck ran a red light and crashed into the passenger side of a Nissan sedan that was traveling south
Hesperia, CA. – 35-year-old Ruben E. Guillen Soliz has died while receiving treatment after a car accident that occurred at an intersection in Hesperia last week Monday.
The crash happened at the intersection of Mariposa and Ranchero roads at around 4:30 a.m. on August 26, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department officials.
An eastbound Ford pickup truck ran a red light and crashed into the passenger side of a Nissan sedan that was traveling south.
Carlos Guillen Soliz, 30, of Hesperia, who had been riding as a passenger in the Nissan, was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
Ruben was hospitalized in a coma following the crash, but he succumbed to his injuries on Friday.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
