Rider Dies in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 91 in Riverside

Riverside, Calif. – A motorcycle rider was fatally injured in a crash Friday evening on Highway 91 in Riverside.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the wreck at around 5:08 p.m. on the eastbound State Route 91 west of Van Buren Boulevard.

A motorcycle and a fuel tanker were located at the crash site. The manner in which they collided was not immediately examined.

The tanker went off the roadway after the wreck.

The motorcyclist was ejected and was lying down in the roadway.

The unidentified rider was killed in the accident.

More details about the mishap were not provided.
