Rebecca Falfal Hurt in Lompoc Motorcycle Accident on Highway 1
Lompoc, California (October 27, 2023) – Rebecca Dyann Falfal, 38, of Lompoc, was injured in a fatal crash that happened in Lompoc Wednesday evening, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened on Highway 1, near Highway 246, at around 5:45 p.m. October 25
CHP said Joseph Cruz, 23, of Lompoc, was riding a 2015 Yamaha YZF-R1 southbound on Highway 1 when he moved into the opposing lane and collided with an oncoming 2022 Tesla Model S driven by Falfal.
Cruz was killed in the collision while Falfal was transported a hospital for minor injuries.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
