San Diego, CA – A 50-year-old man was killed in a pedestrian crash on Highway 52 in San Diego Monday afternoon.
The mishap was reported on State Route 52 near Clairemont Mesa Boulevard at around 2:25 p.m. on November 18.
Reportedly, a westbound Ford Transit struck the man for reasons not yet established.
The victim, whose name was not immediately released, died at the scene.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers.
It was unclear whether alcohol and drugs played a role in the accident.
