A woman in her 60s was reportedly hit by a car under unclear circumstances on Arroyo Vista
Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.- A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in Rancho Santa Margarita on Thursday morning, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
The crash happened in the 2300 block of Arroyo Vista shortly before 8 a.m.
A woman in her 60s was reportedly hit by a car under unclear circumstances.
The victim, whose name was not released, died at the scene.
The driver of the car was at the scene when authorities arrived.
The cause of the deadly pedestrian accident is under investigation.
