Canyon Country, Calif. – A pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle in Canyon Country on Tuesday afternoon, according to the County Fire Department.

The incident took place in the 20600 block of Golden Triangle Road at about 3:14 p.m. November 14.

According to the report, a vehicle hit an unidentified pedestrian in the area under unclear circumstances.

The victim was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.

Further details on the crash were not immediately available.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
