San Francisco, CA. – A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle Monday morning in San Francisco, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported around 10:16 a.m. in the 1377 block of Fell Street, just in front of the Department of Motor Vehicle San Francisco.
Authorities said a blue Toyota Prius that was reportedly taking a driver test hit a pedestrian under unclear circumstances.
The victim complained of pain to the neck and head but was conscious and breathing. The victim was transported to the hospital by San Francisco Fire Department for treatment.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
