One Person Dies in 405 Freeway Pedestrian Accident in Lennox
Los Angeles County, California (July 17, 2023) – A pedestrian died in a traffic collision that happened early Monday morning on the 405 Freeway in the Lennox area of Los Angeles County.
The California Highway Patrol said the incident was reported at about 3:42 a.m. on the northbound side at Lennox Boulevard near LAX.
Authorities said the pedestrian was hit by at least one vehicle.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
CHP closed multiple traffic lanes as they investigated.
