San Jose, CA. – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Friday evening on Interstate 280 in San Jose, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pileup was reported around 7:27 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway just north of the McLaughlin Avenue off-ramp.
First responders found a gray Tesla with all-around crash damage blocking traffic lanes, a white sedan with major front-end damage, a pickup truck with a trailer, and another car involved in the crash.
One person complained of pain to the leg. Paramedics provided medical aid to the victim.
Police officers are collecting more information to establish the cause of the crash.
