One Person Injured in Crash on 680 Freeway in Concord
Concord, CA. – One person was hurt in a two-vehicle accident that occurred early Thursday morning on 680 Freeway in Concord, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck took place around 1:11 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the freeway just south of the Willow Pass Road off-ramp.
First responders found a Kia Soul and another vehicle blocking traffic lanes after they collided. Airbags in the Kia were deployed.
One person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries sustained in the crash.
CHP officers are collecting more information to establish the cause of the accident.
