A Jeep SUV and an older model pickup truck collided head-on at the intersection. A PG&E power pole was also destroyed in the crash.
Corning, CA. – One person was injured in a traffic collision that happened Tuesday morning at an intersection in Corning, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported around 7 a.m. at Rawson Road and Corning Road.
A Jeep SUV and an older model pickup truck collided head-on at the intersection. A PG&E power pole was also destroyed in the crash.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported one person to the hospital with the complaint of pain to the head, chest, and neck.
Both vehicles were towed away with front-end damage.
Police officers are investigating the collision.
