One Person Hospitalized After Hit-and-Run Crash on 10 Freeway in Montclair
Montclair, California (August 16, 2023) – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision involving a hit-and-run suspect that happened Tuesday morning in Montclair, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident was reported at about 10:34 a.m. on the westbound 10 Freeway just above the Monte Vista Avenue underpass.
Authorities said a sedan collided with another vehicle under unclear circumstances.
The sedan overturned onto its roof in the No. 1 lane.
The driver of the other vehicle drove away after the collision.
Firefighters responded and transported one person to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center with minor injuries.
CHP officers are investigating the accident.
