Clatsop County, OR.- A man was killed in a crash involving three vehicles in Clatsop County on Sunday afternoon, according to the Oregon State Police.
The crash happened on Highway 202 near milepost 15 on Sunday, October 13.
The OSP said David Williams, 50, of Ranier, was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle west on Highway 202 when he lost control and crashed.
A Chevy Colorado traveling east moved onto the shoulder to avoid the crashed motorcyclist.
Another westbound motorcyclist swerved to avoid the vehicles but also crashed.
The rider was ejected and slammed into the Chevy.
According to the report, the second motorcyclist, identified as Nathaniel McCord, 68, of Scappoose, was declared deceased at the scene.
Williams and his passenger, Janet Williams, were both treated for minor injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
Speed is suspected to have played a role in the incident.
The accident is under investigation.
