At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Grand Terrace Crash on Interstate 215 at Barton Road

Grand Terrace, California (September 20, 2023) – At least one person was seriously injured after a multi-car crash on 215 Freeway in Grand Terrace Tuesday night.

According to the CHP, the wreck occurred at around 10:40 p.m. on September 19 on Interstate 215 at Barton Road.

A black pickup, a semi-truck, a white sedan, and a white SUV were involved in the accident. The manner in which they collided was not immediately established.

A female possibly ejected from the pickup was lying on the roadway.

At least one person sustained major injuries and was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment.

An investigation is underway.
