Rider Hospitalized after Indio Motorcycle Collision on US 10 near Mile Marker 48
Indio, CA. – On Saturday evening, the California Highway Patrol responded to a serious injury motorcycle crash on the 10 Freeway in Indio.
The traffic collision happened on the eastbound Interstate 10 near Mile Marker 48 at around 6:59 p.m.
Reportedly, a Honda Civic was racing with a motorcycle prior to the collision.
The biker was ejected from the motorcycle and suffered serious injuries.
They were rushed to the hospital for treatment, according to the CHP.
The incident is being investigated.
