Police said a 32-year-old Brentwood man was riding a motorcycle in the area when he crashed with a sport utility vehicle

Antioch, CA. – A motorcycle rider was killed in a collision that happened near Antioch High School on Saturday evening, according to the Antioch Police Department.
The incident took place on West 10th Street at about 7:45 p.m. July 27.
Police said a 32-year-old Brentwood man was riding a motorcycle in the area when he crashed with a sport utility vehicle.
The motorcyclist was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Police said speed is suspected to have played a role in the incident.
Police are investigating the incident.
