Chula Vista, CA.- A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Chula Vista on Monday afternoon, according to the Chula Vista Police Department.
The collision took place in the 200 block of Orange Avenue at about 12:23 p.m. October 21.
Police said a motorcycle was traveling east on Orange Avenue when it crashed into a westbound silver Nissan Versa that was making a southbound turn onto a driveway.
The motorcyclist was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the Nissan, a 56-year-old Chula Vista woman, stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
No further details were released.
The accident is under investigation.
