Imperial Beach, CA.- A motorcycle rider was killed in a crash in Imperial Beach on Thursday morning, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
The accident occurred on Donax Avenue and 13th Street just before 8:30 a.m.
A man in his 20s was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a Ford F-150, the deputies said.
The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities said intoxication was not suspected to have been a factor in the accident.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
